Engineers and product specialists work in your repo, then hand the queue back.
Saturday and Sunday
8 or 12 hours per person for the weekend. The crew decides how those hours fall across Saturday and Sunday. Your people stay off the clock.

What merged, what is still open, and any decision waiting on you. That note is the hand-back. You read it before stand-up.
